LAUNCH: Electronic Cards Payment in Commercial Busses

After several months of hard work on implementation of electronic ticketing system, the system is officially launched on April 19th in all vehicles in commercial busses that operate on the route Vijecnica (City Hall) – Dobrinja, the so-called “Commercial Bus Line”.

This marks the beginning of the implementation of the project of electronic ticketing in all public transportation vehicles that the ministry is advocating for a long time. The new payment system will speed up the transportation, reduce crowds and speed up charging of tickets in public transportation.

The citizens will be able to buy their electronic tickets and recharge them on kiosks and online via web location: www.dopuna.citycard.ba

Implementation of the system for issuing, sale and cancelling electronic cards in this test line is fully funded by the company Lupon Ventures.
